touchpad not using 10-synaptics.conf
My touchpad is not using my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-synaptics.conf.

I used this to verify my file is being read.

I followed this example on what to put in my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-synaptics.conf file.
