This is generally considered as violating the TCP/IP architecture unless you disable routing. Two different and active physical interfaces of the same host aren't expected to be connected to the same subnetwork.
Subnet mask actually, the subnet is 192.168.2.0

eth0 and eth1 plug same swich
I want communication between the two interface one host
No communication should happen through the switch because both of your interfaces are local so the traffic can (and probably must) stay in the local TCP/IP stack.

ping 192.168.2.10 -I eth1
ping 192.168.2.11 -I eth0
Are the pings working without the -I option ?
Why are you setting up these interfaces that way ? Perhaps link aggregation is what you are looking for.
