Rename a file to a file_current datetime in a shell script

Hi all,

Could anyone suggest me on Renaming a file to a file_current datetime in a shell script.

Renaming ABC file from to
# 2  
Old 03-22-2010
Like this...
mv ABC_`date +%m%d%y`.zip

# 3  
Old 03-22-2010
mv  ABC`date '+%m%d%y'`.zip

# 4  
Old 03-22-2010
code can use rename/mv

rename ABC`date '+%m%d%y'`.zip
