[Postfix] 252 on VRFY

Hi

Does anyone know how to force Postfix to always answer 252 to the VRFY command?

Every one is using reply code 252 when a definitive certainty is not exist.
Postfix SMTP server provide definitive certainty when an address is not exist.

Quite amazing that most of the people says this as a complaint but you want this as a solution. don't mistake me

I already know this. I still want to know how to force Postfix to send 252 on all VRFY requests.

hi when I telnet to my machine on port 25 and send an email to myself, the machine sends the email to the old corporate mail server instead of the new corporate mail server. how to change that so that any email sent from my linux box goes directly to the new mail server? thx (2 Replies)
