my sun ultra1 print me in my /var/adm/message file:

I would think you are getting more errors than just that in your /var/adm/messages (unless syslog.conf isn't set up to record them).

What type of raid are you using - hardware or software?
If software, post which one. (You can check DiskSuite with metastat and Veritas with vxdisk list and/or vxprint -th)

Also post your OS and version.
