Wrench Convertible switcher for Ubuntu required

Hey Guys,

i'm looking for a script or something similar to switch my Lenovo Yoga 500 from Laptop to Tablet mode. Is there a script or something similar already existing? I've searched many forums for something to make this easyier for me but there was no practical solution.

Kind Regards
Marcus
