Re-install Ubuntu 14.04 from system with Ubuntu on it
I need to re-install ubuntu on a system with ubuntu 14.04 already installed. I have the cd but can not seem to boot from it or find the installer. Is there a way to re-install from the command line or how do I do a fresh re-install? Thank you Smilie

Lightbulb make sure also that your using a readable cd ;)

and make sure you boot the computer from a CD upon turning it on or after power the computer on Smilie

likewise, you may need to change the boot sequence from BIOS Smilie

you may also run the installer from your already in an existing Ubuntu by going on the cd drive and clicking the .exe-file Smilie

Yes it is working, I had to change the boot sequence in bios. Thank you very much Smilie.
