problem in backup

Hi I am using Ubuntu back up program to the back up automatic.

Problem is that recently the app start to fail.

I get the following message:

Code:

    with_tempdir(main)
  File "/usr/bin/duplicity", line 1342, in with_tempdir

raise ServerNotFoundError("Unable to find the server at %s" % conn.host)
ServerNotFoundError: Unable to find the server at one.ubuntu.com

The only thing I was able to conclude is that the program is written in python.

I still have no idea what can be the cause of the crash.

I hope someone with better knowledge than me can guide me to find the problem.

So please can you tell me what is wrong?

I should have read the last line before posting this.

Apparently my computer could not access the ubuntu one server.

But that shouldn't ma the program crash, so it's a bug (not major) which can be reported to the ubuntu team.
