problem while booting from hdd

hello gurus,

i have just installed the os on hdd,
when i write down boot command on ok prompt,
I get following error continuously.
what could be the possible problem

You probably have a HDD or SCSI chain pb.
Did you add any device on your server ?
Check all cables and remove new device you may have added recently.
If you can boot try iostats -En and looks for errors.

Hi manifesto,

thanks for the reply,
its a netra 1280 server,

I have not added any new device to my machine,

this is a old server witch has been transferred to my place for installation and configuration,

please suggest what is hdd and scsi chain problem
