Some more usefull outputs are as following

vxprint -g post_master15k_dg -mpvsh SYSTEM|grep minor
root@olap # vxprint -g post_master15k_dg -mpvsh SYSTEM|grep minor
minor=113000
forceminor=off
minor=-1
minor=-1
minor=-1
minor=-1

vxprint -g post_master15k_dg -mpvsh ACCHEAD_2002|grep minor
root@olap # vxprint -g post_master15k_dg -mpvsh ACCHEAD_2002|grep minor
minor=113003
forceminor=off
minor=-1
minor=-1

ON Production server:

root@sp6800a # grep vxio /etc/name_to_major
vxio 265

root@sp6800a # vxprint -g post_master15k_dg -mpvsh SYSTEM|grep minor
minor=113000
forceminor=off
minor=-1
