Update 121431-30 must be manually inspected to determine suitability for installation.
The above was the result i obtained from my live upgrade, will i have to manually installed this downloaded patch or is it alright to leave it like that

you have to install it manually... but only if you need lifeupgrade. for installation of dowloaded patches read the manpage of "smptach".
