Error rebooting resetting loop

while installing unix solaris I found that one of the CD's is corupted so I bring another copy of solaris CD's and type reboot instead of 'reboot cdrom' then the server goes in infinite loop of rebooting resetting??I tried to use ctrl+break but didnt work....how can I break this loop....plz help??

At the ok prompt, set auto-boot to false, diag-level to min, then do a reset-all. probe-ide at the ok prompt to check if the cd/dvd drive is detectable.
After that, insert cdrom, type "boot cdrom" at the ok prompt. NOT reboot <-

Send a break to the screen right after the memory test, and then try what incredible said.

If you dont see anything on the screen, then are you using monitor and keyboard? if yes, remove them, and use a notebook to serial into the machine. you should see the ok prompt or something on the screen for you to attempt to break the console or whatever..

When I type last oracle I get dates from Nov 28, 2000 all the way back to the beginning of time it seems.
