Hi,

I use the configure of php I got failed with the error for:
checking size of char *... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (char *)
See `config.log' for more details.


from config.log:

Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
yywrap /var/tmp//ccg43oXZ.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to conftest


I need to know what is missing, since I couldn't find it

yywrap looks like its complaining about /var/tmp//ccg43oXZ.o

what is that file?

is your php and gcc versions compatible with each other?

I formated the machine and then compiled and it passed fine, so maybe the path was incorrect or the versions wasn't match.

what do you mean formatted the machine?

this is not the smartest but it was the fastest since I could do it...
so when the machine is on the origin packages it only need to install the autoconf 2.13
