This was installed on the Linux box a few weeks back by a guy that no longer works for us. All worked fine until last week. Now when we connect its just a blank screen with no icons.

Am new to HP UX , is there a way to find out the size of memory allocated to a pointer on hp ux?
For example we can use the _msize() on windows to find the size of memory allocated to a pointer .

I am facing this weird issue on my alpha server running tru64.
I have a mount point "/data/BILLING/bscsprod/" its size is stuck to 33214363 KB.
I copied around 5 GB of files to that directory but still same size, I delted them again but still same size??
