WE have a SPARC server which was purchased very long back. (in 1996). Each SPARC Server has a revision number in a format T* (T5, T6, T7..etc).

I have a T2000 enterprise SPARC server that's no longer on contract with Oracle. It's on old firmware (6.3.x). After a power-down this weekend, it won't boot normally. Boot snapshot at the bottom of the post.

- Oracle VM Server for SPARC 3.0 software Installed.
- Shared LUN provisioned to both servers from Clariion CX4 storage box (shared LUN to be used for the Live Migration of the VMs).

We set-up master/slave servers for NIS on Solaris10 Sparc. We are trying to synchronize them in such a way that if one server is down then other server would pick-up and also do load balancing. Can I use a Jumpstart enviroment on x86 to install a sparc64 client?
The idea is to install Solaris in an virtual environment (Sun Virtual Box) running on a pc (AMD), configure a Jumpstart server, and have a SUN Ultra 60 (sparc64) installed via the Jumpstart server.
