SUn Netra X4200 M2 Drivers

Hi Guys,

Could someone please share the dvd/cd that came with server Netra x4200 M2 since it is not more available in Oracle site? Or do you know where I can get that?

Thanks!

What do you need from the CD/DVD? There is a "Tools and Drivers" patch available for download from MOS but it only contains a firmware update for the ILOM and nothing more... If you need drivers for any other OS, the drivers of the X4200M2 server might work as it has the same mainboard. I was not able to find any information about that but if nothing else work, it might be worth a try?!

Netra X4200 M2 can run Windows, RedHat, Suse or Solaris 10 X86.

I assume you are trying to install Solaris 10 since you have posted on this Solaris forum.

The Solaris 10 X86 DVD is still available for download so, as DukeNuke2 asks, what is your issue????

Do you have add-in cards that you need drivers for?

More information please.

You can download Solaris 10 x86 from here:

Oracle Solaris 10 Downloads

That DVD should contain any drivers you need.

Post back if something doesn't work.

Ensure that you download the X86 version and not the SPARC version.
