that has been done, but the result is the same. after have rerun fsck more than 4 times, I'm getting the same message.
must I continue to rerun fsck again and again ???

That's not the command doesn't exist, just it is not installed.

If not installed elsewhere try finding which brand of Raid controller is installed. Might be an Adaptec, an LSI Logic or an Intel one.
