Solved: Disk Unable to Boot

The / file system (/dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s0) is being checked
fsck unable to stat 
WARNING - unable to repair the / filesystem. Run fsck manually (fsck -F ufs /dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s0).
 
Root password for system maintenance (control-d to bypass):

I am unable to hit control-d to by pass.
I ran fsck prior before rebooting, any suggestions?

Type the root password and look at /etc/vfstab - maybe a mistake in there?

I can't ctr + d or enter password. The system freezes.
The vfstab is as follows

If I remember right, you should change the entry in red...

Changing the entry still gave me the same error.
Any ideas?
I can't boot from the second disk either.

Boot from DVD and run fsck from there.
