Fsck: alignment error Solaris 8, SUN Netra AX11505

Hello all,

I recently powered on my Netra AX1105 server only to be greeted with the following error message. I am not sure what to do here,
I cant fun fsck on OK prompt.. did

and now it keeps booting from net, then I run

then outputs the following message... and keeps looping into reboot

Any help is appreciated!

Maybe the IDE disk has come to EOL. Whhen was the last time you rebooted the system?

Alignment error and kernel panic is primarily a memory problem.
Caused either by faulty (especially misplaced=misaligned) DIMMs or by a faulty cache RAM or by a bug in the Solaris kernel.
The latter can of course be triggered by another fault e.g. a faulty disk.

This machine was powered off for about a month.
So there is no way of pin pointing where the fault is?
