Fsck: alignment error Solaris 8, SUN Netra AX11505

Hello all,

I recently powered on my Netra AX1105 server only to be greeted with the following error message. I am not sure what to do here,
I cant fun fsck on OK prompt.. did
ok>boot -r

and now it keeps booting from net, then I run
ok>boot disk

then outputs the following message... and keeps looping into reboot

Any help is appreciated!
Executing last command: boot disk
Boot device: /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@d/disk@0,0 File and args:

Maybe the IDE disk has come to EOL. Whhen was the last time you rebooted the system?

Alignment error and kernel panic is primarily a memory problem.
Caused either by faulty (especially misplaced=misaligned) DIMMs or by a faulty cache RAM or by a bug in the Solaris kernel.
The latter can of course be triggered by another fault e.g. a faulty disk.

This machine was powered off for about a month.
So there is no way of pin pointing where the fault is?
HD, RAM, ?
