Sun T5220 How to determine physical memory installed?

Hi, looking to upgrade memory on a pair of T5220's from 32GB to 64GB. Cannot determine current DIMM size and slots used. i.e. not sure if Qty 16 x 2GB or Qty 8 x 4GB. If there are no empty slots, i need to go with higher density DIMMs and retire exsisting the 2GB prtdiag follows.

# prtdiag
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4v SPARC Enterprise T5220
Memory size: 32640 Megabytes

You have 8 x 4GB DIMMs.

Edit: I was confused by the 4GB and missed that was for a pair of modules

Try prtconf, haven't a SPARC to hand, but I seem to remember it gave per CPU memory banks, whereas prtdiag gives me the full info on an x86 solaris box.

Thanks all here is the response from "Oracle" Sun Support

"From the out put that you have sent in I can say that it looks like this system has all 16 slots in use for DIMMs and they are using 2 GB DIMMs in each slot.
You can confirm the DIMMs size and part number with the command showfru from the SC."

My sysadmin *may* try showfru.

thanks to those who responded.
