Error opening PAM libraries : solaris 10 on vmware workstation
Hi Admins,

I am facing an issue with Solaris 10 sitting on vmware workstation...

When I start it, it gives me an error : "Error opening PAM libraries, contact system administrator"

Also I can reach it via putty, but none of the id/passwd working.

I did revert pam.conf. But still no luck..

Any workaround?

I am trying to remember what I did... I did created ftp users using ftpconfig...
I just played with dladm reset linkprop .. command. I also did passwordless login for this host...

I was going to check history and I am facing this now...

One more thing to mention: This has a full root zone on it. I can get in there...

I did tried to ssh, rlogin from there to this global zone...but didn't work..


Let me know if needs further info... I can go to single use mode & provide the information...
