Why network connection is down?

Hello colleague,

Development department is deploying some applications on solaris machine but hence all connection goes down.

Our all network connection files are correct but we can't connect with our gw. Only we can ping localhost and assigned ip address.

I don't want to reboot for solution.

all below files are correct.
#cat /etc/hosts
#cat /etc/defaultrouter
#cat /etc/netmask
#cat /etc/resolv.conf
#ifconfig -a

I have tried below command but problem is not resolved.
# svcadm restart network/physical
#svcadm restart svc:/milestone/network:default
#svcadm refresh svc:/milestone/network:default

I am waitting your kindly helps.
