In some shells, like ksh, the TMOUT variable will terminate a process after $TMOUT seconds of inactivity. This usually gets defined during login /etc/profile, /etc/profile.local etc.

the value TMOUT in profile file (if exists) will overwrite the /etc/default/login value TIMEOUT . possible... Smilie

i had discuss with our network engineer
due to this two server(in china) is go thru too many route and reach here(malaysia),
we suspect is due the session setting on firewall or VPN device.
