Jumpstart Solaris 10

Hello everyone,

I tried to install solaris 10 using the command # boot net - install.
I take the image correctly but when you start installing the Operating system installation takes a long (4 hours I have left and not advancing but not send me any errors), it can be seen from the following:

Code:
Rebooting with command: boot net - install
Boot device: /pci@1f,700000/network@2 File and args: - install
100 Mbps FDX Link up

I'm sure that is running the installation becaus I disconnect the network cable and notifies

It is normal to take so long to install?
Thanks a lot.

Nope its not normal. Your system should not be hung at this state. You might want to use -v (verbose) mode to see where it actually hangs

How can i do that?

Thanks

i think the commandline was wrong... please try this:
Code:
boot net -v - install

i'm not sure about this and have to try it everytime i need the "verbose" level...
