The Inspector is a UPnP device and service analyzer and debugging tool based on the Coherence DLNA/UPnP framework. It will host the tests from the UPnP test suite to provide a central place to verify device implementations and hunt down any UPnP anomalies. |

Create a new root device, automatically downloading and parsing location. PARAMETERS
o $context - A context identifier, returned by gupnp_context_new(3). o $location - Location of the description file for this device, relative to the HTTP root RETURN VALUES
