Opera 9.60 (Default branch)

Opera is a full-featured Internet tool, most notably a fully standard conforming Web browser. Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, integrated searches, and advanced functions like a password manager, mouse gestures, native Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) support, an email program, RSS newsfeeds, and IRC chat. It is designed to be fast and highly customizable. License: Free To Use But Restricted Changes:
Custom search engines and typed history can now also be synchronized with Opera Link. An optional Scroll Marker was implemented. RSS/Atom feeds can now be previewed before subscription. Follow/Ignore of threads and contacts was implemented. Low Bandwidth Mode for email was introduced. Many enhancements, improvements, bugfixes, and several security fixes were made. Image

Opera 9.5 for Sparc

Has anyone gotten Opera 9.5 to work? I'm using Solaris Sparc 5.10. The browser is unusable. It crashes even when viewing Opera's Desktop Team blog. I've asked Opera about this, but no reply. I've never been able to get the 9.5 betas to work either. From one Opera user's blog, I don't see any... (0 Replies)
