Google C++ Testing Framework 1.1.0 (Default branch)

Google C++ Testing Framework is Google's frameworkfor writing C++ tests on a variety of platforms.It is based on the xUnit architecture, and itsupports automatic test discovery, a rich set ofassertions, user-defined assertions, death tests,fatal and non-fatal failures, various options forrunning the tests, and XML test report generation.License: BSD License (revised)Changes:
Type-parameterized tests, exception assertions,and the ability to print elapsed time of testswere implemented. The robustness of death testswas improved. An Xcode project and samples wereadded. The output format on Windows was adjustedto be understandable by Visual Studio. Minor bugswere fixed. Project files for Visual Studio 7.1were added. Issues with compiling on Mac OS X werefixed. Issues with compiling on Cygwin were fixed.Image

NAME
runalarm - enforce a time limit on execution of a process SYNOPSYS
runalarm [ -h ] runalarm [ -d ] [ -t timeout ] command [ args ] DESCRIPTION
runalarm tries to execute a command and, if the subprocess does not exit before a timer expires, tries to terminate that subprocess. Oth- erwise, the exit status of the command is returned. USAGE
-d Debug mode; send log messages to standard error as well as to the system log. -t timeout Specifies the duration, in seconds, for runalarm to allow the command to run. The default is 1d duration (86400 seconds). -h Prints some basic help. BUGS
Sending SIGALRM to runalarm before the timer has expired will cause the subprocess to be killed. SEE ALSO
