The lxi-control application is a command lineutility for remote controlling LXI enableddevices. Typical devices include instruments suchas power supplies, oscilloscopes, digitalmultimeters, signal generators, etc. The devices are controlled by sending SCPI commands via a LAN IP network to the devices. LXI is the successor to GPIB.
