converting mouse to pci

Need to free up a usb port for webcam. What does xorg.conf look like in order to work if I move mouse to PCI port via a converter plug?

If you're using a new version of Slackware, you may not have to do anything. The new version of X is pretty good at auto-detecting things.

Otherwise, you might have to change the input device from something like /dev/mouse to /dev/input/mice.
