How to unzip a winzipped file with password
Hey guys,
I need to unzip a file zipped using winzip 11.1 strong encryption method (send by our vendor) with password. We use AIX unix.
I tried "unzip -P pw filename.zip" But gives error

Archive: filename.zip
skipping: filename/abc.idx unsupported compression method 99

get this error for every file in the zip.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated !

I have had very good luck with p7zip
SourceForge.net: p7zip

you can test the file with the win32 program to see if the encryption is compatible.
