I would suggest first and foremost that you upgrade ssh on the AIX box to something a little newer than a 7 year old unsupported ssh version that is known full of bugs.
Second, the ssh keys you seem to use - Are they correctly configured on the destination host? Is the user the same on the destination host. Is the user ok or potentially blocked due to too many failed login tries? Are you sure that you have no linebreaks or missing/additional characters in the key for the host where login does not work? As the source hosts are different, the keys need to be different too. Are they stored at the correct location? They are not always called from the users homedirectory, sometimes they are in a different location defined in the sshd_config file.
