Code:
$ grep -Pie '.+?d\.2016\.2(0[89]|[1-7][0-9]|8[0-2])' /tmp/wrk >/tmp/wrk_done

if you want to sort in days order

Code:
$ grep -Pie '.+?d\.2016\.2(0[89]|[1-7][0-9]|8[0-2])' /tmp/wrk |sort -o/tmp/wrk_done -t. -k7n

Code:
# use with python3
#
import os

# list of ranges to exclude
exclude_ranges = [(1, 207), (282, 356)]

# list of patterns to exclude
exclude_names_with = ['alja', 'cagr', 'cavt', 'clta', 'cmdo', 'corl']

def extension_day(file):
    return int(os.path.splitext(file)[1][1:])

def is_range(day_number, r):
    return r[0] <= day_number <= r[1]

with open('wrk', 'r') as read_file:
    for path_line in read_file:
        good = True
        basename = os.path.basename(path_line)
        day = extension_day(basename)

        # filter names with excluded patterns
        for s in exclude_names_with:
            if s in basename:
                good = False
                break
        # filter names in the excluded ranges unless not good
        if good:
            for r in exclude_ranges:
                if is_range(day, r):
                    good = False
                    break
        # write only if still good
        if good:
            print(path_line, end='')

How far would
Code:
grep -Ev -e "/(alja|cagr|cavt|clta|cmdo|corl)/" -e "\.([013]..|2(0[0-7]|8[2-9]|9[0-9]))$" /tmp/wrk

get you? By the way - wouldn't it make sense to apply this already when creating the work file?
