If a match is found the awk checks $3 of file2 and if it is greater than 40% and $4 of file2 is greater than 49, the line in file1 is printed. I am using this command to print the lines which has 10th field more then 80 and leaving the first line of the file which is the header.
But this is not working , the first line is is coming as output , please correct me .
