Try :

change specific="xx" for the line you want

a sed to put the # at the beginning of the line..

And, of course, if by "specific" you mean a line number:

thanks eveyone but i want to save the changes in file
if i do
vi client.cc

and want to comment "using namespace std;" it should be saved

Just redirect to a new file

In vi itself, you could also try:
