Search and replace value

I have a Parameter.txt file with set of parameters which i need to replace $$ControlM_Job_Name value with respective to job which i need to run.currently $$ControlM_Job_Name have PRDDWG-HLBIDW-INTREPID-SPS value i want to replce with HLBIDW-INTREPID there any command which can achive this.

$DBConnection_Target =MBSSBAT_BUSG07T
$$s_name =s_m_SPS_FlatFile_to_CALLCENTER_REPORTING_L
$$wkf_name =wkf_SPS_FlatFile_to_CALLCENTER_REPORTING_L
$$description =Please refer to the Session log for more details.

Your text file does not contain a line that reads "$$ControlM_Job_Name=PRDDWG-HLBIDW-INTREPID-SPS"
Please describe accurately and thoroughly what you want to achive!
