Try one of these:
cat /proc/meminfo

free -m

vmstat
# 9

vmstat is working but i can see only free and swap memory only.
# 10  
Old 09-20-2013
you may want to try prstat as well
# 11  
Old 09-21-2013
prstat will give the process memory only. I want overall server memory?
