To agregate Comma separated values

Hi
pls help me to get the code:

i have a file in which content is :

2.01304E+11 2.01304E+11 ori 2 01:00
2.01304E+11 2.01304E+11 ori 2 01:02
2.01304E+11 2.01304E+11 ori 3 01:02
2.01304E+11 2.01304E+11 ori 3 01:02



5 colums is there..i need to aggregate( value after : ) in the 5th column and print it......

i.e 00 ,02,02,

i.e 00 ,02,02,) and sum it ..and print

then how will i diffrentiate and print the value
i mean for 03:01 and 03:02 .........
