Bug How to compare 2 file with Condition.
Hello,

I need to run a command or shell script that will compare 2 file with Condition.

Can you please help ?

If I got you right, the following should work:

awk 'FNR==NR{a[$0]=1;next} !/^#/ && NF!=0{if(!($0 in a)) next}1' file2 file1
