Hi, have a look here : Unix Tutorials/Programming Tutorials/Shell Scripting Tutorials and I think the O'Reilly "learning the Korn shell" / learning the bash shell" books are nice..

For Bash scripting the Advanced Bash Scripting Guide from the Linux Documentation Project is a great resource

Yeah, just as Skrynesaver said, the <<Advanced Bash Scripting Guide>>http://bash.deta.in/abs-guide.pdf is so excellent that there almost no any other book can catch up with it!
