Help for sed command
I have a file. The file contain as follows :

Quote:
"0001"~"name"~"bb"~"20.25"~"0010"
~"abc"~"0002"~"name"~"dd"~"35.50"~"25"~
"xx~x"~"0003"~"name"~"aa"~"21.3

5"~"0056"~"ijk"~
....................
....................
....................
I want the output looking like:
Quote:
"0001"~"name"~"bb"~"20.25"~"0010"~"abc"~
"0002"~"name"~"dd"~"35.50"~"25"~"xx~x"~
"0003"~"name"~"aa"~"21.35"~"0056"~"ijk"~
........................................
........................................
........................................
........................................
Please help me. I want the script which count "~ this combination of character equal to 6 then print new line.
I have a code.
Code:
cat filename | tr -d '\n' | sed 's/\([^"\~]*"~[^"\~]*"~[^"\~]*"~[^"\~]*"~[^"\~]*"~[^"\~]*"~\)/\1\n/g'

But this code not working.
Please help me
