-F\~Use tilde as the input field separator (FS)
m=split ($4,T,/'\''/)split the 4th field into array T and use a single quote (') as separator, store the number of array elements in variable m.
for(i=2;i<=m;i+=2)print $1,$2,$3,T[i],$5for every even array element in T print a line consisting of the first 3 fields followed by an even array element and the fifth field and separate all of the fields by the output field separator (OFS)
OFS=\~set the output field separator to tilde
