How to realize SMIT on linux OS

Hi everybody, I want to know that how to realize the SMIT(The System Management Interface Tool ) of AIX on LINUX OS.
would you tell some examples of SMIT or other useful information about it ?

SMIT is AIX only.

yes , I know SMIT is only for AIX, but I just want to write a special script for some users ON LINUX ,whose function will be the similar to the SMIT .
for example:
On Linux OS, some user want to display the content of /data file system . We all know " ls -l /data". I hope the user key in command "smit ls"
the interface will be illustrated like the following:

Display the contend of the filesystem [/data ] (in bracket,you key in the name of file system which you want to display .)
