2d arrays in unix

hi everybody

can anyone help me with usage of 2 dimensional arrays in unix. please provide a suitable example for accessing individual elements as well as all elements.

"Arrays" (of any dimension) are features of programming languages, not Operating Systems. Therefore there is no "2 dimensional array in unix" and your question just doesn't make any sense.

bash for arrays

( I'm assuming you already know how to work with arrays in any other language of your preference)

- Have a look at this : Arrays

Hope this helps,

Good luck, and Success !
