compare this sample etc/qconfig with your etc/qconfig file ,i find one difference in the device stanaza lpforu:
device = lp0
lp0:
file = /dev/lp0
header...

For your process all the PID and PPID are same ....so still we need more details....

all the error are logged to the /var/adm/ras/errlog..................

i think u have not properly removed the volume group ...
1.check whether the pagaging space entry in /etc/swapspaces.........

2.run the topas command and see is there any pagaging activity is...

apart from that edit the /etc/security/user and for the user root2 stanza

change admin=true :(for normal user its set to false)

my file system size /hd4 is keep on increasing continuously , i tried all the performance related command to identify which process is currently running........
for every minute my FS(/hd4)...
