ok i fixed it, now whenever i go to read the mounted drive all the folders are an unknown file type. how do i get it so that i can read whats in the folder?:confused: :confused:

matee, im going to copy and paste what the kernel says when i try to mount it AFTER intalling ntfs support... mount -t ntfs /dev/hda1 /winxp

im telling u man, it can only read 2000 file system and down. it wont let me mount XP.
