I wanted to grep some text Recursively, without going through hidden files(.files/.folders)

In my Repo there are lot of .svn folders/subfolders etc.
I dont want to grep in that folders.
Hidden...

There is a perl scriptwhich will read Excel sheet and create one file(.v) .

Excel sheet:::

Perl will create the file(.v) like...

I am having file xyz.log

I used to open 2 or 3 tabs in the same terminal.
I used to set the title name for each tab as Win1 Win2 and Win3.
