The Problem was nsswitch.conf.

I did not have DNS setup up as a secondary search after Hosts.

I enabled it with SAM.

Thanks for all your Help, unfortunitly it is still not working. I tried to get My DNS IP at www.netsol.com and entered optonline.com in the whois section, It gave me 167.206.1.30. I tested that...

My ISP said it is dynamic? (he really did not want to give support)
