ok so we know the card works . are u using static IP ? is this running on a domain ? if it is workgroup make sure that u assigned ip to all three computers they should have the same ip...

yes on all windows environment we actually use ping loopback or 127.0.0.1 to test the nic it self if it is good.
or u can actually ping what ever ip u assigned ur card. this loopback test is good...

u need to get SCO5 if they say it need sco5 . Dual booting yes u can do a dual boot. partiotion ur drive the first partion will be your win2k then the rest of the drive leave it...

How big is your hard drive ? im pretty sure 3.2 and or 4.2 runs install via tape or floppy disk .... Are you using the whole space on your hdd ? if so remove all the partition from that...

first make sure ur terminator is at the last device . make sure the scsi cdrom jumper is on the right id example if ur cd rom is on master then u will have a conflict with ur scsi drive ....

I will go with android suggestion is the simpliest way . make sure u get the partion prepared before u install unix . just re-partition your hdd then the unix will use the unpartition space...
