We have several people that log in using root. What I need to do is have everyone to log in using there own account then su to root. How would I do this. We have aix 4.2

I am looking for the easiest and most generic way

Number of cpu's
Clock speed of cpu's (ie 550 MHz)
Total Physical Memory (not virtual)
Number of Drives/Drive...

Is there any way to revoke some IP address to connect to my AIX server 4.3.3.0 with telnet session?
